So as i mentioned before Fit Familia, I am going to start blogging :) i will begin with this first recipe! Salsa de Aguacate con Tomatillo!
Here is a list of all the ingredients you will need: (prep time 15 minutes)
- 8 tomatillos
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 chile serrano
- Pulp of 2 small avocados or 1 large Hass avocado
- 6 cilantro leaves
- Juice 3 small limes or 2 large limes
- 1 garlic clove
- Sea salt (always be generous with salt)
Boil tomatillos, chile serrano, and jalapeño until they are poached and juicy looking.
Once tomatillos, chile serrano, and chile jalapeño are ready, you will drain out extra water and put in blender with remaining ingredients (pictures above).
Make sure you blend all ingredients for at least 5 minutes. You want your salsa to be very creamy! You will soon have your amazing tasty Salsa de Aguacate con Tomatillo!!!!!
