42 Days of Me

For those who don’t know, I did my master thesis on “empowering women through wellness and fitness”

Mental health is by far one of the most important dimension of wellness. That is why I have made it my mission for all of my challenges to really focus on mental health. Mental balance and happiness can start with a simple task such as keeping a journal and writing our daily thoughts to weekly (preferably daily) doing something for ourselves. Self care is so important in our lives ladies y comadres! Lets never put our needs on be back burner because we too matter!

This being said, I challenge you to keep a daily journal for these 42 days to come and write down how you’re feeling at the end of each day. Make sure you keep track of your specific “42 days of me time” tasks. The beauty behind the “42 days of me time”? To see the mental growth that will happen within these next 6 tough weeks.
